1. What these Terms cover
These Terms apply when you access or use Fairee, including community pages, organiser and contributor workspaces, stalls, listings, messages, orders, payment interfaces and related services that link to these Terms.
By using Fairee, you agree to these Terms and to any additional rules shown for a particular Fairee, stall, listing or transaction.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
- Do not impersonate others, misrepresent an affiliation or create accounts to evade restrictions.
- If a feature involves a contract or payment, you must be legally able to enter into it.
3. Community rules
Fairee is built for people to discover, organise and contribute. Treat other people respectfully, use each Fairee for its stated purpose and follow applicable law and clearly disclosed community rules.
You must not harass, threaten, defraud or deliberately mislead others; post illegal, exploitative or harmful content; spam or scrape member information; manipulate reviews or offers; or bypass security and access controls.
4. Listings, stalls and offerings
Contributors are responsible for ensuring that their stalls, items, services and experiences are lawful, accurately described, safe for their intended use and authorised to be offered. Do not list stolen, counterfeit, illegal or prohibited goods or services, personal data without authority, fraudulent financial products or anything prohibited by law or payment-provider rules.
Organisers may set reasonable additional Fairee rules. Those rules cannot override these Terms or applicable law.
5. Orders, payments and fulfilment
Unless Fairee expressly identifies itself as the seller or service provider, the contributor—not Fairee—is responsible for the offering, including its description, quality, legality, fulfilment, delivery, taxes, cancellations and promises. Buyers must review the listing and final terms before committing.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers, whose terms and privacy policies also apply. Prices, fees, taxes and refund terms shown for the offering apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you create. You give Fairee a non-exclusive licence to host, process, resize and display it as reasonably needed to operate, improve, secure and promote the relevant Fairee, stall or listing.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not share another person’s private information, image or communications unless you have any permission required by law.
7. Safety
Use sensible precautions whenever an online interaction leads to a meeting, service or exchange. Verify details when appropriate, use suitable locations and do not proceed if something appears unsafe or fraudulent.
8. Moderation and enforcement
We may investigate reports and hide or remove content, limit access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, prevent transactions or refer matters to providers or authorities where reasonably necessary for safety, law, fraud prevention, service integrity or enforcement of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from member conduct, third-party services or matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
